I had a terrible experience at this pawnshop. I brought in a bracelet to get appraised, and instead of handling it with care, they tried to “test” it and ended up breaking it right in front of me. No apology, no responsibility taken—just careless and unprofessional. If you value your jewelry or personal items, do NOT bring them here.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DIDNT EVEN CERE THEY DAMAGE MY STUFF. TOLD ME SORRY IT CAN HAPppen?
