New management came in and refused to pay deposit back even tho we took pictures before and after moving in and recorded phone call of the manager saying we passed the home check and it would be mailed in 30 days. It's been 3 months and they avoid calls. Having to take them to court to get it back. Old management was great. These people just screw their residents Same people that own MeadowBrook Manor now and we know people in both parks that are looking to get out of these parks bc of how downhill things are
