We had a bad experience unfortunately and found them very uncompassionate
We had an emergency with our 14 year old greyhound . She was in great distress and needed help urgently , from the moment we entered the clinic , Melinda the vet nurse helped us so much . She was so caring towards us and Betty , we were quickly taken into a room and dr Jack assessed Betty . Unfortunately it was best to put her to sleep . The consent and payment was handled in the room while we could stay with Betty and not have to go back out to the waiting area .
