We had an emergency with our 14 year old greyhound . She was in great distress and needed help urgently , from the moment we entered the clinic , Melinda the vet nurse helped us so much . She was so caring towards us and Betty , we were quickly taken into a room and dr Jack assessed Betty . Unfortunately it was best to put her to sleep . The consent and payment was handled in the room while we could stay with Betty and not have to go back out to the waiting area . Compassionate and professional. Extremely good to deal with. I had to put my 19 year old cat to sleep this morning. Nothing was too hard for them. If I could give a 10 star review I would!
