Mr. Pooch needed some tests... nice people very helpful - they really do take care of doggo and the pawrents too.!
Compassionate and professional. Extremely good to deal with. I had to put my 19 year old cat to sleep this morning. Nothing was too hard for them. If I could give a 10 star review I would!
Always a pleasant experience considering the situation. The team is so kind and compassionate, and they even know their pets by name which really shows how much they genuinely care.
I would like to thank Jack and the staff for looking after Rusty who had a fish hook in his throat . The were busy and treated him straight away . The fees were more than reasonable and being an emergency they didn't take any advantage . I am sure you can trust that the will take good care of your pet . Rusty has recovered and happy again .
We've been going to South Cranbourne Vet for 4+ years and I've had a great experience with all the vets we've seen there in this time. They are down-to-earth, compassionate, and have wonderful bedside manner. Their love for animals is obvious. Even with the heartbreaking passing of our family dog recently, we were met with understanding and never rushed to make any decision.
