I brought my Missi into see dr otis about a bump that was bothering her. He dismissed it .Turns out it’s Skin Cancer and if cought early enough it wouldn’t spread , then he acted like it was her fault for getting it , she is a dark tabby with thick fur it’s not her fault!! With a name like Otis you’d think he would be good at this . Maybe just creating surgeries for him to do , you know the big bucks.
