Always an hour wait or more. Nobody at front desk cares. Always overbooked and if you can find someone else do so asap and save yourself the frustration. They are joke.

This is so ridiculous! I can never get to speak to a real human since last Sunday. I leave many messages after i am transferred to a real human and no one ever reached out. This is unbelievable!

I read the reviews and most of them were wrong. Sometimes we post a review on the preconceived notion of what we think.An office should run like and be like. So I went in there with an open mind.I found the office staff to be kind courtesy empathetic , professional comma knowledgeable. Dr.Gupta is very Kind. God bless you Catherine

The receptionist in that office on suit 200; is very rude and highly unprofessional with patients. I had my appointment scheduled and even received a confirmation, but she said, “No, I don’t have you here. Just sit down and let me see what I can do for you.” I am not here to beg for a favor. I booked my appointment through your system — that is exactly why I made it. I do not want to sit and wait while you decide what you can do. I honestly wanted to put “0” stars and could’ve stay and see Dr. Agarwal Amit, but my appointment was at 10:30 a.m. while I filled out paperwork that should have been emailed to me so I'd be prepared for the appointment. But anyway, after filling it out, I waited until 11:30 when they called me. By the way, besides being a small office, it's full of elderly people who arrive in wheelchairs, and other people who have to wait in the hallway.
