South County Sound & Video went above and beyond! From day one Mark wired our home with precision and perfection. He thought of ideas that had never crossed my mind and was extremely informative. He also explained in detail what, why and how he was setting up our new build. I highly recommend and appreciate all the amazing work and support he has given me!!
We recently hired Mark to address a disastrous sound system install attempt from another company. Mark came in, assessed the situation and clearly understood our needs. He installed a wonderful sound system appropriate for our living space and we are very happy. My only regret was not going with his company first.

Terrible experience! Only cares about money. Treated me like a criminal that wouldn’t pay. Once paid didn’t finish the job. Had to pay another company to help me cost $1350. Arrogant beyond belief. Does t appreciate your business. like he’s so important. Doesn’t respond to emails and phone calls, doesn’t answer questions. Just leaves when he was done. Left me hanging!
