I would not use anyone else for our sound and video needs. Mark Gagnon is so knowledgeable and pleasurable to work with and provides seamless tech support. Customer service and support like this are rare these days! A great experience all around, very reasonably priced, and we now have an outstanding sound and video system throughout our facility.
