Just learned if your trash can lid is not fully closed due to your trash level exceeding the height of your lid, you get charged an extra $7.87 on your bill as an extra bag charge. Contacted customer service and woman was very rude. I was told they could remove the charge but from now on driver would not pick up my trash if the lid wasn't fully closed or pay the charge.
