Dr. Gallo was direct and efficient without being at all cold or dismissive. Clearly an expert in his field. Thanks to Dr. Gallo for a smooth, straightforward first appointment that left me feeling heard and respected as a patient.
They refused to provide me therapy services and instead were trying to force me to pay large sums of money for an Intensive Outpatient Program. I think they are basically a scam that try to lure you in with the promise of "therapy" but then try to suck you in to services that are much more profitable for them.
I called South County Psychiatry (SCP) after a long search and many experiences that were not good fits. I can't overstate my gratitude for SCP because they introduced me to Kenneth Baris, who has saved my life - countless times - over the past 2.5 years. I have no idea how to effectively express my gratitude for Ken - his dedication, knowledge, skill, compassion, expertise, his seemingly endless capacity to empathize and actively listen - I have seen him for more than 2.5 years, about every 4-6 weeks, and he has never once ... read more
Great place! They respond to email and voicemail inquires in a timely fashion. It’s easy to communicate with providers using portal and Telehealth sessions are smooth on portal too.
