The front staff was awful one lady in particular at the front desk was AWFUL her name is Becky so if anyone goes there for a procedure I suggest asking to speak with someone else to sign in. I was there with my client who is blind and can barely walk and this woman gave me all kinds of attitude I could not believe!! So if you have to have a procedure done I suggest that you find some where else!!!
I had a colonoscopy at this facility recently and had a great experience from start to finish. The physicians, nurses and entire staff were very kind, caring, and professional. Highly recommend.
I had a very good experience here getting an endoscopy. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and informative. I was in an out in under 2 hours for the entire thing (paperwork, procedure, recovery). Everyone made me feel at ease, couldn’t have hoped for a better and easier experience.
Very friendly and professional staff. They even called me the day of the procedure to ask if I wanted to move my appointment up 3 hours. Dr. Ansari explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. I felt very comfortable in their hands.
Service was ok, but the billing was terrible. Bill went to collections without receiving any notification, either via email or mailed. When I reached out to SCOPES they provided me with a separate number for billing. No one from their customer service was rude, but they weren't looking for a resolution, and were short. I'd rather not have to take an hour out of my day for their internal issues with processes.
