Doesn’t answer phone. Doesn’t respond to email. Guess they’re all set with new customers. Would be nice to at least get some kind of response.
Russ has saved our season so many times he should be wearing a cape around the marina. Outstanding service from an extremely knowledgeable guy.
Should take their site down, they don't answer phone, return calls or answer emails.. What's the point?
Russel is very responsive and knows his trade. I was 70 miles from home and one of my engines went down. He understood my challenges and identified the problem quick getting me back on the water. If he’s available you can feel confident with him fixing your boat. Thx Russel
