Mo Kattan and the staff at South County Health Infections Disease are fantastic. I couldn't ask for a better primary care physician. Mo and the staff truly care about their patients and the person as a whole. I am extremely grateful and thankful for all of them.

I had a terrible experience with them. I got a bill from lab since they sent a diagnostic code for my annual blood test but not the preventive code. When I called and spoke with some practice manage about changing the codes, I was told that they could only add codes but not remove them, and told me they can't make any changes since your PCP had left. I asked her what I could do, and she told me go ahead and pay my bill. She is very impatient and even said you had called multiple times and nothing we can do. This is completel... read more

Notice that all of the positive reviews are from years ago, before they switched to silver springs management. I have been with South County health (pediatrics and primary care) since birth. I had the worst annual visit of my entire life last year, and I refuse to go back. They also messed up my billing and it took months for them to fix it, sending me numerous bills after I could see they had received payment from insurance. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

The one thing this office is great at is referring patients to the ER for things that are more appropriate for an office setting. They do not have enough physicians to see patients for 'sick' visits.
