I recently 10/8 went to this lab. I arrived at exactly 4:15pm and was told I could not get the bloodwork done. The women working there said "I don't care if you drove from MA where you work." I explained my situation and she said "I don't care we want to leave at 4:30." She said this loudly and rudely in front of another patient. I'm 10 weeks pregnant, working in MA, and going to grad. school. I was so upset by her attitude. Taking blood is a quick procedure - kindness counts and she had none.
Terrible. The staff cannot find or follow a Doctor's order. Poorly managed starting from the top. I wouldn't let this hospital pierce my ears.
Always quick, excellent easy blood draws.
I have always had good experiences at this lab. Very little if any waiting time, great staff, easy visit.
Doctor's orders were for a STAT lab test. The hospital staff assured us they could do the work. Instead tests were done at a lab 3 states away two days later. Terrible service.
