Dr. Gebauer is the most compassionate, informed, patient doctor I’ve ever encountered. Prior to her, no doctor had ever spent more than 5-10minutes in the room with me, even specialists. I have anxiety, and consistency is super important in keeping me grounded. So, when I was involuntarily switched to her from my prior PCP, I wasn’t very happy. They were really nice and my visit was simple and quick
I had a very severe upper respiratory virus I couldn't get in that day. but they told me where I could go. both the front desk girl I believe Paula .and not sure of the lady I talked to over a hour ..I could of talked to her all day. both these outstanding employees are what their needs to be in this post . shout-out to them. they just madey day..maybe the ladies name was Terry..
Called in to get my chips Change to my new pharmacy and the person on the phone was rude and expected me to do it. No wonder the rating is going down.
