I had my wife bring my Jeep in for service and she said that everything was done as discuss to our satisfaction.
All work was explained in advance. Work completed on time. Very good experience.
Don’t waste your time. Left my car with them for a simple hail estimate over 3 months ago. Called about 10 times since then and I still don’t have an estimate. Every time I called they led me on and lied about the estimate being almost done, “we’ll get it done tomorrow”, “yours is next in line”, “it’s sitting on the estimator’s desk”. If they can’t get a simple estimate done, imagine how incompetent they are with worse damage. Take your car elsewhere. Awful customer service with zero integrity.
Brad Lehmann went far and above to make sure my Ram 1500 was taken care of properly. He had to search everywhere for the part which was very difficult to find. Thanks to Brad and the entire team at South County DCJR.
