I took my car in to fix a headlight and a few , easy to fix dents in my front end after a small accident. I asked for him to leave me the keys after hours so I could pick up me car for work the next morning. I got there around 5 with no call, no message & no keys to my car. I returned 630 the next morning when he said he would be in. He was there at 650, at this point I had to miss work and incovience a lot of people's days. I got in a small fender bender and I'm only a college student, so I just went to the closest place. HUGE MISTAKE! He "fixed" my back door and did such a bad job that it's still partially disconnected from the rest of my car and looks awful. (And was thousands of dollars). When I went home and my dad saw it he couldn't believe it. Moreover, I asked him to put air in my tire since the light was on and he put it in the wrong tire.
