Had a hood, bumper, and fender repaired in Aptil 2024. Looked great. A year later the paint was coming off the bumper. Adhesion issue with the bumper. It was a lower quality aftermarket as directed by the insurance company. Not only did Ron stand behind their work, he hassled with the insurance company to replace the aftermarket bumper with an OEM. Great work and customer service.
Gerber Collision and glass on Lee May Ferry Rd., St. Louis is top notch, outstanding bodywork, phenomenal paint, matching office. Staff is kind courteous understanding and goes out of their way to make sure you are kept up-to-date and informed on repair progress. Gerber did a great job repairing hail damage on my car. They were even done a week ahead of originally quoted!
