I have been banking at the Rancho Santa Margarita Branch since late 2002. This is old-fashioned banking at its best -- everyone working in the branch knows me by name, they handle all requests within the minimum possible time, and they CALL me (rather than just sending a letter or a text) when anything important comes up.
