A real person answered the phone and scheduled me for an appointment in less than three hours in the middle of a heat wave. The technician showed up early, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and scheduled me for an install the next day. When he arrived the following day (again, on time), he found the problem was simpler to resolve than what he suspected, so the cost was quite a bit less. Install was the best you could ever ask for Great clean up too! It started with ***** who is the best You only heard total honesty And the boss Behshad, what a great person he was doing business with all questions answered with total honesty. As soon as I approved the price the job was done the next day. I had no delay at all.
No one would come out on a Sunday and as someone with RA these cold nights were so painful. Behshard responded and came within 2 hours. In 10 minutes he knew what the problem was and fixed it. I am beyond happy and now I know Ill sleep well tonight without any pain. If youre looking for fast and professional, do not hesitate and give them a call!!!!
