I've been living here for 3 months with my wife and almost 2 year old baby boy and I have to say, for a complex located on what's know to be a "not so nice" part of town, it's rather quiet here and life is simple. There's not a single neighbor to rowdy or loud, and those that are well management is good at making sure they follow the rules with a first and last warning, after that they don't really stick around for too long (only happened once while living here).
