Travelling from WA in our Fiat motorhome. Needed a service carried out before tackling the long journey home. Booked for 7.30am and the receptionist offered for us to camp at their business the night prior. Our van was promptly serviced on time and we were on the road by mid morning. Ram is very efficient and knowledgeable and runs a great business. We were back on the road in a few hours and cannot fault our experience at South Coffs Motors. I only wish we received similar service from our Fiat dealer back in Perth!
Our Motorhome had to be towed to South Coffs Motors due to an unexpected breakdown due to an existing issue that neither FIAT or Avida could determine. The Tow Truck driver told us SCM were extremely good and he was not wrong. Ram not only fitted us into his busy schedule but determined the issue and eventually got us on way. We spoke to several of his customers who had travelled a long way due to his expertise. Thank you to Ram for his expertise and Caitlin for her friendly efficient service. Highly recommend this business.
My Fiat Ducato motorhome was serviced at South Coffs Motors & found them to be an extremely professional business. As my vehicle is getting on in years, there were a few extra unexpected issues which were rectified in a timely manner. I was kept informed of all work being carried out & on completion I was able to drive away feeling very relieved that Fiat Ducato was performing like a new vehicle. I highly recommend South Coffs Motors & will certainly use them again next time I’m driving through.
Great Mechanic, had my Voltswagon booked for new water pump, got me booked in, took the car in on my booking day, fixed all done in few hours. Left the engine nice and clean, great job.
