First and foremost… Very nice facility, clean organized and a good place for families to come have fun and enjoy themselves. Previous reviews about this place were great and is why I picked this place to come to have fun with my family. However, I was not expecting a not so nice experience. They claim to utilize the dress code of proper attire in order for all to swim, but I sincerely feel that they can’t tell the difference between swim trunks and shorts. Great little spots for the kids. They just need to raise the indoor temps to emulate outside Temps. It can get a little chilly on the inside
I won’t be going back. They were full and he said we had to wait for people to come out before we could go in. We were very polite and advised we would wait. His response was that ok but if anyone cursed him out, he wouldn’t let us in. No one even gave him a HINT that anyone was going to be rude , disrespectful or curse him out. I just felt that comment was unnecessary to begin with. He was so worried bout whether or not we were gonna curse him out, that he never asked me if I was a residential customer or not.
