After a recent visit I was very happy with the service i received from the staff at South Coast Women's Health in Rockingham. I was treated with the utmost care and kindness. Staff were very friendly and happy to answer all my questions and made me feel very calm and welcome. A big thank you to Dr Irene Dolan and the two lovely ladies at reception.
Dr Mandy did a very thorough consultation today and puts her patients at ease. Impressive clinical knowledge and skills.
Had the most wonderful experience at this clinic. The GP (lovely Scottish lady) was incredibly kind, answered all my questions and concerns. She made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of during the procedure. I'm so incredibly grateful to have been treated with such hospitality and kindness. I called to ask to see a midwife at 32 weeks pregnant. I completed the self referral as directed and was told I now have an appointment. I followed up next day. No record of my self referral, my details, or my appointment. They didnt offer a new appointment so I did a new self referral shortly after. Got a call to confirm it the next day and told id get a call at some point. Had a missed call the following day. I rang straight back. They have no record of who called me or why.
