20 minutes on hold for assistance , Soo unprofessional . Someone answer and as soon I start talking with out saying a word the woman place me on hold .
They refused to give me a lawyer when I tried a couple of times as a victim of crime, defamation of character, corruption, theft, my rights being violated, & much more on this land…only referred me to something else & I still have yet to receive help or be connected with an attorney who can or will take on my case. I qualify for free legal help, I wouldn’t even mind paying low cost & still nothing.

Unfortunately they were a total waste of my time. I had worked as much as I could with my landlord regarding a request for accomodation that was approved but then fell apart. I needed representation. I qualified and my comprehensive documentation package was approved.
