By appointment I was provided with a 24 hr BP monitor which gradually ceased to function from an hour or two after installation, a fact not immediately apparent until a readout indicating the battery was at issue was discovered after an uninterrupted night's sleep 20 hrs later (the monitor is programmed to automatically take a BP reading on the hour).
