Great place I been told
Unbelievably rude and ignorant staff at south coast ultrasound for women in Shellharbour, upon arrival I explained to the staff I needed to email my referral as I didn’t have a physical copy. I was quickly snapped at by the staff who said if I didn’t have it sent within the next 10 minutes my appointment would have to be given away (my appointment was at 2pm, I arrived at 1:55). Rude all-women's workplace. Not recommended. Edit: changing my review from 2 stars down to 1 following the fact that they sent incomplete clinical information to my wife's midwife, not only that but it was also incorrect! They put down the wrong number of weeks down, stating that my wife was 10 weeks later in the pregnancy than she actually was. AVOID.
The team at this practice have been amazing. They've been kind and reassuring the whole way through my pregnancy scans and I really appreciate the texts and printouts of the baby's pictures. You couldn't possibly expect better care.
