Arrived for my 20 week scan at 2:20pm for a 2:30pm appointment, confirmed my details, asked about my referral which keep in mind is not reminded in your reminder text messages to make sure you have or advise if they DONT have it so maybe you could organise prior to your appointment. My wife had her 12-week scan booked well in advance, ever since her dating scan. Just two hours before her appointment, she received a call asking to move it because the sonographer “preferred” to reschedule for the following day. She was offered two new time slots half an hour apart and said she’d quickly check with me before confirming. Would not recommend Vivien is down right rude how dare you make my partner cry and make her feel uncomfortable for getting a 28 week pregnancy scan there is no communication with you guys and I will be taking this further
