Would not recommend Vivien is down right rude how dare you make my partner cry and make her feel uncomfortable for getting a 28 week pregnancy scan there is no communication with you guys and I will be taking this further

Unbelievably rude and ignorant staff at south coast ultrasound for women in Shellharbour, upon arrival I explained to the staff I needed to email my referral as I didn’t have a physical copy. I was quickly snapped at by the staff who said if I didn’t have it sent within the next 10 minutes my appointment would have to be given away (my appointment was at 2pm, I arrived at 1:55).
