The receptionist this morning was the least compassionate person I have ever met. I had misplaced my referral and my doctor’s surgery opened at 8am. I told the receptionist I could get it sent through as soon as they opened but I had spent the whole morning trying to find it. The receptionist was unkind and clearly has an issue with empathy. We just 15 mins late for went to wrong locations and come to here they denied to do the scan I requested but no good at all rude staff can’t say anything I don’t recommend them not helpful at all
I went to South Coast Ultrasound for Women throughout my first pregnancy and I wouldn't trust anyone else. The staff were professional and friendly, and made us feel very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them and will be going back for any future pregnancies.
I was very grateful for the care I received during my ultrasound. Tracey and Margie made my experience very comfortable, I felt they were professional and thorough in their work.
