Awesome company to deal with. Bought my trailer in march 2025 from them and the trailer has over 60k miles on it now up and down rough interstates and off road areas everyday and no problems at all (still as structural sound as it was the day it was picked up ) . *Very poor customer service. Jane, the salesperson, was extremely rude. I clearly explained that I needed a Non-CDL gooseneck trailer, and she lied about the weight. She also told me I could work without plates for 30 days, which is false. They claimed to be a dealer, but sent me the title in the previous owner’s name, forcing me to handle the title transfer myself. In the end, they said they were not actually a dealer, just selling trailers on that lot. Very disappointing experience.**
I rented a container trailer to haul two 20’ containers. The staff was great, they made the process easy. Ryan was great in assisting me and giving me pointers on how to load them up & also secure them. I will definitely use them again when i need.
