My car broke down, so I had a friend take it to a nearby shop since Les Schwab had already told me I needed a rim replacement, not new tires. When I called the shop, I could tell from the tone of the woman on the phone that she wasn’t interested in helping. Once my car arrived, they told my friend I needed four new tires, claimed they didn’t have them in stock, and said they didn’t want to order any.
