Phenomenal customer service. My truck had a broken carrier arm and they took time out of their very busy schedule to find the issue. Then, since I was 5 hours from home, the owner loaned me a truck to get back to our room. My truck was fixed by the end of the next day at a affordable cost. Highly Recommend!!! Clare and Kelly are super nice, patient, and helpful. The rest of the staff greets you has they go by. New tires and oil changes have been completed quickly and professionally. Southside Auto is my new shop.
