Marc is absolutely amazing made my ASD son feel very relaxed and welcome. So the one star rating isn’t about the quality of service from him. The admin lady there is extremely rude and very unprofessional with how she treated me and my family twice and I have only seen Marc the once . Don’t ever cancel an appointment if your ASD child is sick with Influenza or if you have a family emergency anytime hour before appointment and made sure they were contacted and not just turned up.
