Bret was very prompt in responding and did a wonderful job. He fixed a rubber wiper that should have been screwed in at the factory and was not. He siliconed the areas that needed to be repaired and screwed in all 21 feet. He also gave me some good advice for 2 other things that needed attention. I would highly recommended his services!
Bret was prompt and efficient. Called him in the morning and got my hydraulic jack repaired the same day. I highly recommend his services.
I've been rving for over 15 years and have used many different RV techs. Brett is fantastic, he has pinpointed problems and solutions that other technicians have not been able to do. He is very honest and does not say you need something done or replaced unless you do. He is very accessible even though he is super busy.
