I had fluid(olecranon bursa) on my elbow. It was drained, at a cost of $300, 2 weeks later its back. I was surprised at the little time that was spent , less that 10 mins. With another referral another 300 was asked. I was told no recompence another full payment was required. No compassion from the staff, hence I will not be returning

I had an ultrasound today. 17/7.. I found girls on reception lovely. However I found the trainee sonographer and her senior not very communicative. They really need to tell the patient what is going on and where they are at throughout the process and make them feel at ease. Also a basket to put your underwear in not just on a chair. I felt the trainee was unsure and looking towards her senior, which is ok but at least communicate. I felt uncared for and just a number. They need to care and explain more while the process... read more

Today I had Dzung and Angus look after me for an MRI. They were both very patient and kind to me, as I was a bit nervous. Dzung went that extra mile to look after me. I’m so grateful for her care and professionalism today.

Terrible. My wife had to have a mammogram but FMIG insisted on an ultra-sound as well even though it was not specified on the referral. We arrived on time and the mammogram was completed. Then waited 60 plus minutes for the ultra-sound but was told to wait another 30 minutes. Why was there no scheduling, they knew the time of the first procedure and should have scheduled the second procedure within a reasonable time.
