Actually just walked in from GP's clinic which is only upstairs with my referal and no appointment. I explained my situation to the receptionist who checked and said if i was prepaired to wait 20 minutes.......within 15 minutes iwas with the radiologist being treated. iwas so greatful! for the inconvenience, time and travel SCR team saved me. 110% to SCR
The receptionists are the most lovely, accommodating ladies you could hope for
The radiographers are kind, empathetic and do their job really well. I would give 5 stars but the receptionist staff are really letting the place down. They are indifferent to patients which is confronting when most are very unwell and in pain. I've been here a couple of times and have had the same experience, as have family members. A friendly smile and a greeting other than "yes" would not go amiss.
I am very grateful for the warm, kind, understanding and professional manner in which the ‘South Coast Radiology Pimpama’ Reception Staff and Radiologist/Technician Jacinta treated me via phone and in person. Thank you
