Informed by the receptionist on the South Coast Radiology booking phone system that my procedure would be bulk billed when in fact it was not. No apology given at Reception for the miscommunication by SCR for a procedure costing over $200. In this case the radiologist was extremely professional unlike a very negative experience with a radiologist at South Coast Radiology at Medical on Miami. This was my first time back there after a number of years.
