Had to redo scans at another place due to poor job of their imaging specialis. Avoid at all costs
Stay away! A bunch of incompetent unqualified amateurs - released report with mistakes that misled the surgeon team. Should be investigated by the health department and get their license revoked.
The staff and facilities were perfect in person… however, I am facing a very difficult time with the scan results. I was first told that I will receive results in 2 - 3 days. Then they say it only goes to my GP and I will receive it in 7 days. They refused to send it to my Physio and doctors overseas, and a week later they are now saying it will take 7 - 10 days. It is so exhausting following up for such a basic thing, terrible online and post scan service.
