Store works to protect suppliers and favoured locals.Warranties not honoured. Husqvarna sales rep refuses to even investigate cause of machine failure . Poor service on behalf of retailer and Husqvarna. Osito product from Bunnings still working for a third of the price. When I complete the job the husky let me down on, and the ozito sees me through, I'll go back to Karcher, on principle, only changed to buy local.
Great service! I had an unexpected issue in the middle of a job. Geoff and his team were able to get me back up and running very quickly so I was able to complete the job.
