First class, old fashioned service with an outstanding professional team. I am a visitor to SA and I developed some sort of eye infection. I initially attended Southcoast Optometrist’s in Aldinga who were unable to see me until later on in the day, this wasn’t practical for me so the helpful lady quickly reassured me that she could book me into the Seaford branch a short drive away where an optometrist could see me within the hour. Been coming here for a couple years now. Tried this place after not loving the service at some other optometrists. After my first time here I knew this is where I would plan to go for the rest of my life. Always amazing service, always super helpful.
Great old fashioned customer service, friendly smiles and welcoming warmth. I have been to this store many years and am treated as an individual every time. They ask many questions in relation to my eye comfort, they offer me fantastic value and are sooo knowledgeable in their craft. I for one will keep going back, it's lovely being treated so well.
