Some of the receptionists are extremely rude. The doctor I saw today refused me pain medication, even though I have a long documented history with back pain, including prolapsed discs, rotator cuff damage, scoliosis, pelvic shift, cervogenic headaches and SI joints that are constantly sticking. Also I'm a recovering alcohol who used to use alcohol for pain relief so I definitely need a decent painkiller to help me. Remote and distant! They have NO idea what is going on with one’s health and prescriptions are to suit them not me! Please treat us as people NOT a number!
The doctor and receptionists listened and helped us despite being very busy
Very bad service receptionist got a attitude of I don't care you could never get appointment it must be the worst doctors surgery in Boscombe it is a terrible service you received
