Sadly our experience was like the other negative reviews. We understand there were things outside of their control, however communication is key and it lacked from the start to the finish. We are compassionate and understanding people but the lack of service, response and communication was beyond disappointing. What a disappointment. Took months to install a shower screen. Their communication is non-existent. Do not respond to SMS or return calls, when they do its just more lame excuses. So many NO SHOWS when we took days of work waiting for them to arrive. Workmanship is very poor. The screen is 15mm out of square and the wall brackets are lopsided. Didn't turn up, no explanation or apology, didn't return phone calls. Waste of time arraigning to be off work for a no show

Incredibly disappointed with their service from start to finish. We were told the job would take 4-6 weeks & it took more than 5 months. Communication was almost non-existent as they wouldn't return phone calls or emails. Most of the windows & doors were damaged during the install & we had to get them back to repair... which was another mistake as they just made more mess with little effort to fix the damage.
