I had 4 other company’s look at my garage floor for epoxy. All I would get is this is the worst concrete, I have ever seen. The house was built in 1985. The garage floor was eroding away turning into sand. Andrew looked at it and said the same thing and then said I can fix it. He told me it would take longer than the stander 2 days because of all the prep work that he would have to do. He explained everything as he went showed up as he said he would. They did a great job with our garage floor! Our old floor had to be removed to the concrete base and then epoxy coating was added. We’re very happy with their work!!!
