Arrived early, waited over an hour after my scheduled appt. before being told that there were still 3 patients in front of me. Multiple people showed up late & got in before me. They overbook & clearly don't spend enough time with patients.
Waited a month for an appointment, just for them to call me the week before to say they need to cancel my appointment because the provider won’t be there. They don’t have anything until July. Complete waste of time don’t book no appointment here! Could of set an appointment with an ENT who was actually gonna see me! Ridiculous…
Office staff was friendly and my appointment was on time. My only issue is that if you have a high deductable insurance plan, you'll pay almost $400.00 out of pocket for a 15 min. office visit. Call ahead of time to get your cost including reading your exray disc. to see if it is completely necessary.
Very friendly and accommodating. Son had his tonsils, adenoids removed and tubes put in. Doctors and staff have both been professional and I’ve been able to get appointments when we need them! Very grateful!!
