This network of ENTs are a joke,,my husband has a bulging ear drum an he was in a accident an all these doctors that are in his health insurance are refusing care for him because he's been in a accident. They will find every reason under the sun not to see him. From saying they don't take his insurance, to they don't have a referals, which we have all that an got the health care insurance on the phone with them too. Horrible customer service, and un respectful. Will not recommend
Good luck with your appointments, this office does not have any respect for patient's time and will leave you waiting for over an hour. Receptionist isn't very welcoming or helpful either.
