I had an appointment with Dr Kaufman recently and was very pleased with both him and the staff. Everyone at the office was professional and treated me well. Dr Kaufman is patient, knowledgeable and provided me with the care I needed. They send the paperwork via email prior to the appointment so you can fill it out and send back before the appointment which is nice. I got the answers I wanted, but I felt like Dr. Kaufman was a little dismissive. Every time I tried explaining my concerns, he was quick to interrupt me. It felt rushed and I didn’t feel listened to.
BEWARE Charged for an endoscopy I didn’t receive. All he did was look up my nose briefly. No equipment or camera was used. I’m not the only one, a couple of other reviews have mentioned this as well. The bill came 2 months after my visit.
