I got the answers I wanted, but I felt like Dr. Kaufman was a little dismissive. Every time I tried explaining my concerns, he was quick to interrupt me. It felt rushed and I didn’t feel listened to.
BEWARE Charged for an endoscopy I didn’t receive. All he did was look up my nose briefly. No equipment or camera was used. I’m not the only one, a couple of other reviews have mentioned this as well. The bill came 2 months after my visit.
I was very happy with Dr Kaufman. He was very thorough, capable, and helpful. He asked good questions and took time to make sure he understood my history and issues. He referred me for an MRI to make sure he checked for underlying causes. I thought he was very good and I really liked him.
Dr Avrum is the best. He is so caring and knowledgeable. He's the only Doctor who was able to fix my right ear clogging after I had seen several others. Super professional and such a friendly person
