I was incredibly lucky to get an appointment quickly. Dr Nick did not downplay my concerns and was respectful at all times. I appreciate that a photograph is taken of the problem area, before and after treatment. The staff are calm, gentle, well spoken and well mannered. I love the calming music amd beautiful scenery display on the ceiling screen throught the treatment. Thank you.
