Good quality and good customer service
We cannot thank Karl and the team enough! We set them a challenge and they rose to the occasion spectacularly. Went in Saturday 20 minutes before they closed and sorted us with carpet and down stairs vinyl that was all the laid by Friday. It was an urgent job so that we could move into our new home today. They sorted a colour match to the tiles already in place and it all flows seamlessly. Amazing work guys.
We have installed a new carpet in both our bedrooms, including in the closets, and we're very pleased with the result. The carpet is soft and elegant. The staff in the store were very helpful walking me through the options, and they did the quote quickly. The installation went smoothly.
