I had a brilliant experience in the store today with Eillie. She was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. And I walked out with the perfect dress. Thank you again and I can’t recommend Ellie and South Coast Brides anymore.
These ladies are so incredibly amazing and helpful. They assist you through your whole appointment, they offer recommendations and listen to your preferences! They helped me find my dream wedding dress then later I ordered my bridesmaid dress here and I left feeling taken care of each time. Couldn't recommend them enough!
I had my first wedding dress appointment today with Ellie and Julia! Was extremely nervous as I had no idea what I wanted or what I was to expect! Ellie was so amazing and made me feel incredibly comfortable! Both lovely girls! Very excited to have said yes to my dress at South Coast Brides!
Had the most amazing experience in the store today. Ellie and Julia (apologies if I got that wrong) made me feel so comfortable, they were helpful and knowledgeable, and so genuinely nice. I was nervous as I’d ordered a dress online that I wasn’t happy with, and worried I’d not find something I like. After trying on only 6 or so dresses I found the one. Thank you girls for making it such a fun day for me and my mum, and to Kim for creating a wonderful space
Amazing customer service and beautiful gowns to choose from. The young lady that served us today was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, supportive and attentive. It was a wonderful experience!
