I recently purchased older Boston Whaler Conquest that was in need routine maintenance, bottom paint, new batteries and many other items that needed attention. A special thanks to John for thinking outside the box to solve problems and get me on the water.
its a shame that it has come to this as they have done great work for me in the past . An appointment was made ( a month out ) which during the summer I can understand; however 2 weeks later ( after the agreed upon appointment date )my boat has still not been looked at. There has been 0 communication initiated by the yard. They claim that there were emergency issues ( why wasnt I notified ? );my boats beam prevented it from entering a "normal" slip ( they were informed that my boat "folds" and will fit a normal slip ) sad th... read more
