Extremely disappointing experience. My car was skipping and would not take the gas. My husband and I took it to what we thought was the same place we had always taken our vehicles for repairs. Turns out South Coast recently purchased the business. We left our car with James Louis Brown on Dec. 15, 2016 and just received it back this afternoon, Dec. 27, 2016. Louis and his team come highly recommended and I follow that. I had a bad water pump in my VW Passat and they helped me get back to business when I truly needed it. The work was done quickly but also efficiently. I am very pleased with their work. I hope my review helps others to find about their excellent shop!
Wow so happy with these guys! They could've told me anything but it turned out my gas cap wasn't securely fitting- what a cheap fix! An honest mechanic, how refreshing!
Having lived in many places and experienced many types of auto repair shops, We're blessed to have stumbled upon SouthCoast. We are senior citizens living on a fixed income and he always charges us a fair price and does a good job. Thank you again James and crew!
