So rude! We were interested in a table and asked if they price matched and she said “some stuff”. We noticed that one of the chairs had a massive scratch and asked if we could have the price lowered and she said “no I can fix it with a pen”. Seriously? We found the exact table on another website for about $50 less, and she said “you are more than welcome to go there then”. The attitude was ridiculous. I can get better priced furniture from someone who actually WANTS my business verses these very unprofessional people.
The prices are great and the staff is super helpful.
Assocates arrived on time and went right to work repair the loose arm on my leather accent chair and gave me again evaluation of the status of my old chair They me good information on replacing the chair. The service charge and repair cost was a fair price, I look forward to doing further business with them
