Tbh the experience was okay. Online bidding was easy, staff were friendly when I picked up the car. The car itself? Acceptable condition, nothing special. Fees were a bit higher than I expected, but not shocking though. If you know what you're getting into, it's fine. I'd consider them again, just with more realistic expectations next time.
Horrible auto auction try to sign up with them gave me a hard time even though I had all paperwork definitely not customer friendly the girls in the front desk where nice managers are incompetent definitely won’t be spending my money at this Mickey Mouse auction with there 30 junk cars
Great auction and staff. Clean dealer new car trade ins. ++
