We were visiting Calgary over the weekend when our Tiguan suddenly developed a critical issue, making travelling back not safe. Without an appointment, we walked into Volkswagen Service, and the team, especially Brayden, went above and beyond to help us. The technician and Brayden agreed to stay overtime to make sure our car was fixed properly, so we could safely drive back to Vancouver. First and last visit. Vehicle returned dirty after service. Driver's seat was dirty from coveralls (had to wash). Driver's side door (outside) was dirty also from someone with dirty coveralls rubbing against it.
5/5 service experience.
Shout out to Brayden. After not having a part during my scheduled service appointment and having to order it in, he quickly got my vehicle in to have the part installed rather than wait for a new scheduled appointment
